In order to use a Smart Logic SMSC Gateway, it is necessary to
register (set up an account) and to acquire a prepaid package sms.
Your security is Password and User ID protected. When registered you
will receive your User ID and Password via email.
The account will be activated with with the credit of the sms acquired.
