Q: Is it possible to buy a few SMS messages?
A: No, as the NET-SMS  software is not designed for personal use. The program is best suited for the commercial sector where companies and industries need to send large quantities of SMS messages daily to their clients and customers.

Q: I have sent an SMS message and it has undergone an error during the transmission?
A: At the end of the month your account will be checked for any error transmissions. For every error that occurred, an SMS message will be credited to your account.

Q: I have tried to connect the NET-SMS , but the program will not start, what shall I do?
A: Check if all your personal data in the "Settings" window is correct. If it is and you are still unable to activate then please contact us: sms@iunet.net

Q: I would like to buy an SMS message package, what should I do?
A: Download the SMS Order form, print it and then fill in all the fields. Once completed fax it to our number (+39 881 833112665). Please also fax a copy of the Bank Transfer.

Q: I would like to send multiple SMS messages to different numbers, how can I do this?
A: Once you have downloaded the NET-SMS can be programmed to send your messages from a registered database.

A: Contact us on the "LIVE HELP" chat line or by email, and we will resend them to your email account.

Q: I have sent an SMS message, but it did not arrive, why?
A: Firstly, do a coverage test for your Network Operator on our "COVERAGE" page. If your operator is not present on the list then you are not covered. If your network operator is covered but you still did not receive the message then check the following:
- Does the Sender exceed 11 char alphanumeric or 16 char numeric?
- Is the GSM No entered correctly?
- Does the text exceed 160 char?

Q: I have sent a message, but when it arrived the message was incomplete, what is the cause?
A: The maximum length of an SMS message is 160 char, if, the message exceeds 160 chars the Server will only deliver the first 160 chars and the rest will appear as an error on your account.

Q: I have bought an SMS package, but my account has not been updated, why?
A: Processing can only be completed if all the requested fields are filled in on the order form. Please try to resend the form again or contact us via email at s
sms@iunet.net or on the "LIVE HELP" page on the chat line.

A: Please check that the email address inserted on the Registration form is correct. If it is incorrect please contact us so that we can amend it.
